In a couple of days, OnePlus will host a new product release conference. Though the company will uncover several products at the event, the OnePlus Ace 2 flagship will be in the spotlight. The things around this handset are too hot because it’s considered “a new benchmark for the smartphones with the best performance.”

Prior to this, we have heard too much about this handset. But there was almost no official photo of the front. Today, the company executive fixed this shortcoming. Now, we can see that the machine will have extremely narrow bezels and an ultra-narrow chin. So there is every reason to think that the device will be perfect not only in terms of performance but also design.
According to the official introduction, the Ace 2 adopts a 2.12mm extremely narrow bezel design. We are talking about a 6.7-inch OLED screen with a 2772 x 1240 resolution and a 2160Hz PWM dimming. At the same time, it passed the world’s first TUV SÜD precision touch S-level certification and passed all 16 hell-level SUD tests at one time.
Plus, the handset will have a full-featured NFC. So it will not be a common smartphone but a smart assistant in many scenarios.
Under the hood, this handset will house the full-blooded version of the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 flagship chip. Also, it will use OnePlus’ classic three-stage switch. This model will also come with an exclusive self-developed super-frame super-picture engine to achieve 100+ games in full 120fps. It will be the world’s first to come with Consonance touch and support Bluetooth 5.3, complementary dual Bluetooth antenna design, Dolby Atmos, and spatial audio.
The OnePlus Ace 2 will be the world’s first smartphone coming with OPPO’s full-link power management chip, SUPERVOOC S. Besides this, the OnePlus Ace 2 will also have a 5000mAh battery and support 100W flash charging.
In terms of communication, the OnePlus Ace 2 is equipped with 12 high-performance antennas, uses LinkBoost 4.0 network technology, and is optimized for various network scenarios. It also supports 5G dual-card dual-standby and dual-pass.
In terms of imaging, the OnePlus Ace 2 will come with the flagship IMX890. It supports OIS, uses the same RAW domain lossless computing technology as the flagship, and is adjusted by the same imaging team as the flagship.
