Today, Xiaomi’s official Weibo account announced that the Redmi 34-inch Gaming Monitor G34WQ is now available for purchase. This product is priced starting at 1,499 yuan (about $208).
Additionally, the Redmi Display G34WQ features a 34-inch screen with a hairtail design. It has a 1500R curvature and offers a resolution of 3440×1440. Notably, it supports a high refresh rate of 180Hz. The screen, characterized by a 21:9 ultra-wide ratio, expands the field of view by 30% compared to traditional 16:9 screens, as stated by the officials.
Furthermore, the screen displays a 95% DCI-P3 color gamut and has a 1ms response time. It also offers a 4000:1 (TYP) contrast ratio. Notably, it supports Free Sync to prevent screen tearing during gaming, and it shines with a brightness of 350nits. The screen boasts a ΔE<2 color accuracy, can filter short-wave blue light, and supports DC light adjustment.
In terms of connectivity, the Redmi 34-inch Gaming Monitor G34WQ includes two DPI 1.4 ports, two HDMI 2.0 ports, and an audio port. Moreover, the monitor is versatile in its physical adjustments. It supports vertical and horizontal movement, tilting forwards and backward, and can be mounted on a wall. It also features RGB ambient lighting.
