On April 18th at 10:00 AM, Huawei officially released a letter to its users, announcing the launch of the “HUAWEI Pura 70 Series Pioneer Program.” Among them, the Huawei Pura 70 Pro / Ultra models went on sale as pioneers at 10:08 AM on April 18th, while the Standard version / Pro+ will go on sale on the 22nd at 10:08 AM.
Design
According to the official introduction, the Huawei Pura 70 series adopts a brand-new landmark design, forging ahead with a fresh perspective. In terms of colors, the Pro+ model offers three options: Silver, White, and Black, with a luminous weave pattern inspired by the interplay of light and shadow in modern architecture.
The Huawei Pura 70 Pro+ supports dual satellite communication, including BeiDou satellite messaging, allowing for the sending or receiving of satellite messages that can be freely edited, including the sending of picture messages; and TianTong satellite communication, enabling satellite calls and messages editing.
The Huawei Pura 70 Pro+ features a 6.8-inch OLED screen with a resolution of 2844 × 1260. It supports a 1-120Hz LTPO adaptive refresh rate, along with 1440Hz high-frequency PWM dimming. Additionally, it has a 300Hz touch sampling rate and a peak brightness of 2500nit. The Pura 70 Pro+ uses Kunlun glass tempered by Xuanwu, with scratch resistance increased by 300% and drop resistance increased by 100%.
Features
It boasts a 5050mAh large-capacity battery. Moreover, it supports 100W wired super-fast charging and 80W wireless super-fast charging. Additionally, it can charge half in just 15 minutes. Furthermore, it supports up to 20W reverse charging. Running on HarmonyOS 4.2, it offers interactive themes, AI remote control, intelligent payment, and AI photo editing master features. As for its dimensions, the Huawei Pura 70 Pro+ measures 162.6mm in length, 75.1mm in width, and 8.4mm in thickness. It weighs approximately 220 grams, including the battery. Moreover, it boasts IP68 dust and water resistance.
