On April 21st, according to Gizcoupon, a 5G smartphone from Xiaomi Communications Technology Co., Ltd. passed the Compulsory Certification of China on April 20th(Beijing Time) with the model number 23046PNC9C and equipped with a 67W charger.
This device has previously passed China Radio Type Approval. It is rumored to be the new Xiaomi Civi 3 smartphone. Gizcoupon has also discovered some new clues.
Yesterday evening, the product manager of Xiaomi Civi, “Xin Xin_Mia,” posted a new Weibo post. She was showing a sneak peek of the new Xiaomi smartphone, which is expected to start preheating soon.
Blogger @数码闲聊站 revealed that the Xiaomi Civi 3 smartphone would maintain a Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate for its screen. Additionally, it has a front dual-camera setup of 32MP+32MP and an upgraded main camera to the Sony IMX800 sensor. The processor will be the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 (MT6896).

Currently, the Xiaomi Civi 2 has a 50 million pixel sensor with the Sony IMX766. Still, the Xiaomi Civi 3 will use the Sony IMX800 sensor for its main camera. It has already been used in flagship smartphones such as the Xiaomi 13 and Redmi K60 Pro.
