The iQOO 11 was one of the main pretenders for the role of the first Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 smartphone. But Xiaomi did its best to outrun all of its competitors and release the first phone with this chip onboard. Both brands have scheduled to host a new product launch conference on December 1. But both had to postpone their events. As a result, the VIVO X90 Pro+ became the first phone with this chip; the iQOO 11 was rescheduled for December 8; the Xiaomi Mi 13 release date was pushed back to December 11. Today, the iQOO phone with the model V2243A appeared in China Telecom’s terminal product library.
