At the 2022 World VR Industry Conference, a Huawei executive showed Huawei’s first smart viewing glasses, namely the Vision Glass.
Key features of Huawei Vision Glass
As the company introduced, the glasses use a MicroOLED display, equivalent to a 120-inch virtual giant screen. It supports binocular 1080p Full HD resolution, 480nit brightness, can achieve 90% of the DCI-P3 color gamut, etc. There is also an ultra-thin and smart speaker. This product supports 0-500 degree myopia adjustment and has also passed the German Rheinland low blue light certification.
It is worth mentioning that the Huawei Vision Glass has no local CPU and storage and does not support external mobile hard drives. In other words, it needs a smartphone/tablet/PC to operate.
The Huawei Vision Glass will start online blind ordering on November 14. The company will start shipping as soon as next month. The price is 2999 yuan, which converts to $422.
