Should I use a Lincoln specialist for brakes or any good garage?

My Lincoln Aviator has been giving me a strange feeling for about a week. The pedal feels a little long, and when I brake from highway speed there is a slight pulse through my foot. I live near Al Wasl, and the car has about sixty thousand kilometres. I use it for the school run and for work, so I cannot ignore it. A neighbour told me to find a specialist who knows Lincoln cars, because the brake parts and sensors can be different from other brands. Another neighbour said any good brake shop can do the job, and a specialist is just a way to pay more. I looked online for a Professional Lincoln brake specialist serving Al Wasl, but every page said the same thing, so I still do not know what makes a real specialist. Does a specialist have special tools, or is it mostly about experience? Will a normal garage know how to reset the warning light after the job? Should the pads and discs be checked together, and does the fluid need a look too? Is it fine to drive for a few days until I get an appointment? Also, how long does a check take, and what should it cost, so I know if a quote is fair? If you own a Lincoln and used a specialist or a normal garage, please tell me what you picked, what you paid, and what you would do differently. Easy answers help me most.
