Xiaomi Smart Eco announced today that the Xiaomi Mijia Air Conditioner Giant Power Saving Pro 1.5HP Wall-mounted has commenced pre-sale, priced at 2399 yuan (about $330). Reports indicate that this air conditioner boasts an APF value of 5.65. Allegedly, it saves 361 kWh of electricity annually.
Its APF value is 5.65, corresponding to the new first-level energy efficiency APF value of 5.00, officially dubbed as “super first-level” energy efficiency. It adopts a new generation 8-pole 12-slot compressor, featuring higher electromagnetic density and power density. Compared to the previous generation, torque vibration noise is reduced by 40%, with quieter operation and longer lifespan.
This air conditioner incorporates the Lingyun Smart Control Engine, supporting rapid temperature control, upper-temperature limit control, and vibration suppression. It also features APF enhancement technology, environmental adaptability, and multiple protection mechanisms. Full OTA support is available, enabling remote control via the Mijia app and Xiao Ai, supporting Xiaomi HyperConnect.
Furthermore, Xiaomi Mijia Air Conditioner Giant Power Saving Pro 1.5HP has features such as 30-second rapid cooling, 60-second rapid heating, frost prevention, and a 99.9% antibacterial rate. Operating noise is claimed to be only 18 decibels, with support for heating at -35°C and cooling at 65°C.
