The Xiaomi WiFi 7 router BE3600 (without the 2.5G version) is now available for pre-order in China. The pre-sale price is 219 yuan (about $30).
The previously released Xiaomi WiFi 7 router BE3600 2.5G version, which comes with 1 2.5G port + 3 Gigabit ports. In contrast, the router now available has 4 Gigabit ports.
This router boasts a dual-band concurrent 3570Mbps wireless speed, with 5G band 2×2 160MHz, a 44% increase in throughput compared to WiFi 6. It can connect to both 2.4G and 5G bands simultaneously, with a maximum theoretical rate of 3.57Gbps. Building upon OFDMA technology, it introduces Multi-RU advanced allocation technology to more effectively distribute bandwidth resources based on device speed requirements.
Powered by a Qualcomm 4-core 1.1GHz processor, with 10120 DMIPS computing power, it supports up to 128 devices online simultaneously. It features 4 Gigabit ports, supporting dual-band access, dual LAN aggregation, and customizable IPTV and gaming ports.
Equipped with 4 high-performance independent signal amplifiers, it boasts high-intensity signal transmission power, claimed to be unafraid of wall obstacles. Additionally, it supports various forms of hybrid networking, connecting up to 10 routers at most. It integrates Xiaomi’s self-developed Smooth Connection and Mi Home automation technology, enabling whole-house smart one-click networking and customizable smart device linkage scenes.
