Realme recently launched a new phone – the realme 12x, which will officially go on sale on April 1. With a 5000mAh battery and a 50-megapixel camera, it comes in two colors: Cyanbird and Ink Jade. The prices are as follows:
- 12+256GB: ¥1399 (about $194)
- 12+512GB: ¥1599 (about $222)
This Realme 12x features the Dimensity 6100+ 5G chip and has Realme’s self-developed 5G low-power hotspot technology, claiming to reduce hotspot power consumption by 32%. Additionally, it has passed realme’s lab’s rigorous 48-month aging test, promising a “like new” experience for up to 4 years.
Measuring 7.89mm thick, it sports a 120Hz refresh rate screen with 4 levels of intelligent adjustment (50/60/90/120Hz) that can adapt to different scenarios. The screen is certified for low blue light by Rheinland at the software level and can achieve a minimum brightness of 1nit and a peak brightness of 625 units.
Running on the realme UI 5.0 system, it supports features like multi-application volume adjustment and file transfer station. Furthermore, it comes with a side-mounted fingerprint unlock, IP54 water and dust resistance, and wet finger touch support.
