Yesterday, Honor launched the MagicBook Pro 16 laptop on JD.com. However, the complete specifications for the series were not disclosed. Today, a tech blogger @数码闲聊站 revealed the specific specs for this laptop. The price, however, will still be announced at the March 18th event.
Regarding performance, this laptop offers a choice of Ultra 5-125H/Ultra 7-155H processors, with a maximum of 32GB RAM and RTX4060 discrete graphics. It comes with a standard 1TB PCIe 4.0 SSD and features a “stereo cooling system + 12mm 3D composite heat pipe”. Performance release details are currently unknown.
The laptop’s screen features a 16-inch display with a resolution of 3072×1920 and a refresh rate of 165Hz. It has a response time of 3ms and a brightness of 500 nits. Additionally, it covers a 10-bit color and 100% DCI-P3 color gamut. For connectivity, the laptop has 2 Thunderbolt ports (version unspecified), 1 USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 port, 2 HDMI ports (one of which is 2.1, the other unspecified), and a 3.5mm audio jack.
Additionally, the blogger mentioned that the laptop features a new body antenna structure design, built-in OS Turbo 3.0+LINK Turbo technology, and AI black technology Magic Workstation, among other new features. Additionally, it’s claimed that the Honor Notebook X series Ryzen version will also launch simultaneously. This version will feature “AMD’s latest processor + mainstream memory + high refresh rate screen”.
