Detailed specifications and features of Apple’s upcoming flagship phone, iPhone 16 Pro Max, have emerged. According to digital blogger @数码闲聊站, the phone will feature a 48-megapixel Sony IMX903 customized main camera with a 1/1.14-inch bottom and double-layer transistor technology supporting 14Bit ADC and DCG functions, marking an unprecedented configuration in the iPhone camera lineup.
The iPhone 16 Pro Max will also incorporate a periscope telephoto lens, enlarging the curvature of the phone screen’s edge for a visual effect of nearly constant depth and a slightly curved surface. The iPhone16 Pro series may adopt 1MG+7P molded glass-plastic modules, enhancing the optical performance of the phone’s cameras.
The iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max will have larger screens, measuring 6.3 inches and 6.9 inches, respectively. Both phones will receive a significant imaging system upgrade, featuring two 48MP sensors for the first time. At the same time, the telephoto lens maintains a 12MP resolution.
