Xiaomi SU7 Tenna Update: 21-inch Wheels Added, Optional Xiaomi Fonts

Today, the Tenna website released the 379th batch of “Announcement of Road Motor Vehicle Production Enterprises and Products” with changes and expansions, featuring the inclusion of Xiaomi SU7, and the unveiling of its latest declared design.

Xiaomi SU7

The Xiaomi SU7 model underwent some modifications compared to the previously previewed version. It now offers a brand-new selection of 21-inch wheels, a departure from the previous 20-inch ones. The brake calipers come in different colors, and there’s an option for a blackened XIAOMI logo at the rear of the car with a choice of a smaller font. Additionally, the new model allows for the optional installation of carbon fiber exterior mirrors.

Positioned as a high-performance ecological technology sedan in the C segment, the Xiaomi SU7 has dimensions of 4997mm in length, a wheelbase of 3000mm, a width of 1963mm, and a height of 1440mm, with a drag coefficient (Cd) of 0.195.

The “Intelligent Cockpit” of the Xiaomi SU7 features a five-screen linkage system powered by the Snapdragon 8295 cockpit chip, seamlessly integrated with Xiaomi HyperOS. The infotainment screen boasts a 16.1-inch 3K resolution display, supporting CarPlay and AirPlay. Additionally, there is a Head-Up Display (HUD) and a 7.1-inch flip-up instrument panel. The rear passengers can even attach a Xiaomi Pad as an extended screen, compatible with Apple iPads. Furthermore, the SU7 retains physical buttons for essential functions, ensuring user-friendly operations. The car is also equipped with ambient lighting, sporty Nappa leather seats, a 5.35-square-meter panoramic glass roof, and a 15-speaker audio system.

The dual-motor version of the Xiaomi SU7 delivers a maximum power of 673 horsepower, accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.78 seconds, and comes equipped with a 101kWh NEDC ternary lithium battery from Ningde Times, offering a CLTC range of 800 km. The single-motor version reaches a maximum power of 299 horsepower, accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.28 seconds, and features a 73.6kWh lithium iron phosphate battery from CATL, offering a CLTC range of 668 km.
