On January 13th, Audi SQ7 Dark Knight Edition is now on sale. Priced at 1.1698 million yuan (about $164514), this model is limited to just 300 units.
This special edition stands out with significant exterior enhancements. It boasts exclusive carbon fiber components, red S-logo brake calipers, a distinct S logo at the rear, and four exhaust outlets. Moreover, buyers have the option to add the Dark Knight exclusive LED welcome light.
The Audi SQ7 Dark Knight Edition keeps the Q7’s layout but adds enhancements inside. To create a more refined interior, it includes features like carbon fiber interior strips, a perforated leather steering wheel, stainless steel pedals, and a carbon fiber gear lever. Moreover, standard sports seats with an RS-style design bring sophistication. For intelligent driving aids, the Dark Knight Edition features an ACC cruise system, intelligent parking assistance, and lane-keeping technology.
These additions enhance the driving experience. The vehicle features a roof spoiler and a distinctive LED welcome light for added exclusivity. With dimensions of 5066mm in length, 1970mm in width, and 1701mm in height, the Dark Knight Edition boasts a well-proportioned design. The 3002mm wheelbase further enhances stability and handling capabilities. The cockpit features a full LCD instrument panel and a three-spoke multi-function steering wheel, complemented by a touch control panel and diamond-stitched seats. The design emphasizes a sporty aesthetic.
The SUV has a 4.0TFSI V8 twin-turbocharged EA825 engine under its hood. This engine, the same as the one in the mid-term facelift Cayenne S, produces a maximum power of 373kW and a peak torque of 770N·m. It pairs with a Tiptronic 8-speed automatic transmission and Quattro four-wheel drive. With these features, it can accelerate from 0-100km/h in 4.1 seconds, reaching a top speed of 250km/h. Moreover, the SQ7 Dark Knight Edition incorporates cylinder deactivation technology for enhanced fuel efficiency. In specific conditions, it switches to a four-cylinder mode to conserve fuel.
Despite its higher price than the regular version, the SQ7 Dark Knight Edition’s enhancements in design and performance. Coupled with its limited availability, it is a highly sought-after vehicle.
