The Xiaomi Youpin crowdfunding’s Mijia Smart Electric Blanket, previously available, is now on sale on e-commerce platforms such as JD.com, priced at 199 yuan (about $28).
Additionally, this new product features a 610g thickened blanket and integrates dual spiral heating wires with a power of 140W, enhancing its functionality. It incorporates built-in protection mechanisms for over-temperature, short circuit, overload, overcurrent, lightning, low-temperature scald, and child lock.
In terms of smart capabilities, this Xiaomi Mijia Smart Electric Blanket allows voice control through Xiaoai Assistant and remote scheduling through the Mi Home App. It can also be integrated with other Xiaomi smart devices. Notably, the blanket adopts an AB dual-zone independent circuit, with two separate heating zones catering to different temperature preferences for two individuals.
Furthermore, the electric blanket has obtained 3C certification and low-radiation premium certification. The official claim emphasizes its support for machine washing of the entire blanket and the heating wires maintaining shape after 25,000 bends. The product offers one-touch mite removal/bedding drying mode, features a digital display controller, and employs a plug-and-play design for the connection port.
