Mechrevo plans to unveil an ultrathin and lightweight gaming laptop in the coming year, incorporating a novel design mold and metal body. Reports indicate that this Mechrevo Metal Storm has a 15.3-inch screen with a 16:10 resolution, setting it apart from the common screens found in the market.
In terms of configuration, the upcoming ultrathin and lightweight gaming notebook from Mechrevo will feature the latest processors from both Intel and AMD, scheduled for release early next year. The AMD processors will power the white version, while the Intel processors will be integrated into the dark green version.
Furthermore, the revealed configuration suggests that this Mechrevo Metal Storm may offer superior cost performance, positioning itself as a contender against Lenovo 9000X and the ROG Phantom series. It is noteworthy that Mechanical Revolution announced in July of this year its intention to launch a thin and light gaming notebook named “Metal Storm.” Earlier reports indicate that the company plans to release this product early next year.
In addition, Mechrevo officials also revealed that the new thin and light notebook will further improve product quality and optimize noise and current sound. Simultaneously, they highlight the expandability of memory and SSD, along with the use of a high-quality screen to achieve extended battery life and portability. The cost will remain below 10,000 yuan (about $1,400).
