Meizu Technology has recently unveiled its latest flagship mobile phone, the Meizu 21. The device is available in three storage configurations: 8GB+256GB, 12GB+256GB, and 12GB+512GB, with prices set at 3399 yuan (about $479), 3699 yuan (about $519), and 3999 yuan (about $565).

The Meizu 21 has the title of the world’s narrowest physical quadrilateral smartphone. It features a 6.55-inch straight screen with a width of only 1.74mm. Officials say the narrowness is due to a challenging design with four frames, leading to higher costs from processing difficulty. It has strict coating material requirements and precision.
The Meizu 21 operates on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen3 and features a 4800mAh battery in its core configuration. It embraces 80W Meizu supercharging and 65W PD fast charging technology. Supported by advanced cooling technology, OneMind 10.5, and an expansive heat dissipation stack area of 37,345 square millimeters, the Meizu21 strikes a harmonious equilibrium between performance and battery life. This balance guarantees robust performance without any compromise on longevity.
Notably, the Meizu21 adopts fingerprint recognition and stands as the sole Snapdragon 8 Gen3 direct-screen in the industry supporting ultrasonic fingerprints. Official tests reveal an impressive unlocking speed of only 0.075 seconds, surpassing that of optical fingerprint phones.
Turning to its appearance, the Meizu21 sports a white panel design. It makes it the sole flagship model in the industry equipped with such a feature. The back design continues the popular unbounded design of the Meizu 20 series, incorporating simple and independent three-camera star ring deco elements. Additionally, the design concept emphasizes front and rear direct surfaces and a micro-arc transition of the middle frame. Ensuring aesthetics and feel while enhancing the overall user experience.
