Xiaomi has listed a 10kg Mijia washing machine with an ultra-clean drum in ice white, priced at 1399 yuan (about $197), while the previously released black model was priced at 1999 yuan (about $280).
Xiaomi Mijia Washing Machine 10kg Ice White Equipped with a DD direct-drive motor, this washing machine has a large drum diameter of 525mm and a cleaning ratio of 1.1. It features a colorful large screen, and supports steam sterilization and mite removal, achieving a 99.999% sterilization rate and a 100% mite removal rate.
In addition, Xiaomi provides 25 exclusive care programs for different types of fabrics such as wool, down, and silk. There are also special modes for baby clothes and underwear.
This product also supports “time-saving and energy-saving intelligent washing,” intelligently sensing the weight of the clothes to match the water and time accordingly, increasing efficiency by 15%.
The Mijia App supports connecting to this all-in-one machine, enabling customization of washing time, temperature, rinse times, rotation speed, and other parameters. It also facilitates remote control, OTA upgrades, Xiaoai voice control, and more.
Furthermore, this all-in-one machine incorporates steam sterilization and mite removal technology. It can harness 95°C high-temperature water flow to vigorously clean both the inner and outer cylinders. Additionally, it features self-cleaning of the drying tunnel, door seal spray, nano-antibacterial door seal, and other advanced functionalities.
