On November 29th, Redmi new product launch conference where Redmi introduced the Redmi K70 Pro model. The K70 Pro model is available in four versions: 12GB+256GB, 16GB+256GB, 16GB+512GB, and 24GB+1TB, with prices ranging from 3,299 yuan (about $465) to 4,399 yuan (about $619).
Redmi K70 Pro Features
The Redmi K70 Pro has a “borderless aesthetics” design with the industry’s first frameless ultra-large glass Deco and an integrated suspension design. It removes the screen bracket, featuring an ultra-slim 1.6mm four-narrow bezel for a transparent frontal look. The narrowed frame reduces the overall width to 74.9mm, optimizing the hand feel and making it one of the narrowest-framed K series mobile phones.
The K70 Pro is equipped with a second-generation 2K Chinese screen, has a 6.67-inch size, a resolution of 3200×1440, and a PPI of up to 526. The display supports a 120Hz custom refresh rate, 2160Hz instantaneous touch sampling rate, and 3840Hz high-frequency PWM adjustment. Additionally, it features a 100% P3 color gamut display, with peak brightness exceeding 4000nits, reaching the industry’s highest level.
The K70 Pro is equipped with a 50-megapixel three-camera system. The main camera utilizes a Light Hunter 800 sensor featuring a 1/1.55 outsole and a single pixel size of 1um. This configuration ensures outstanding static image quality, video capabilities, and native HDR.
Redmi K70 Pro Hardware
The K70 Pro operates on the third-generation Snapdragon 8 mobile platform, which features a 4nm process. Remarkably, it achieves an AnTuTu score that exceeds 2.24 million. Enhancing heat dissipation, the device integrates a 5000 mm² ultra-large annular cold pump. To optimize battery life, the K70 Pro incorporates a self-developed fast charging chip, Pengpai P2, and a self-developed power management chip, Pengpai G1. Moreover, equipped with a remarkable 120W fast charging capability and a substantial 5000mAh battery, the K70 Pro stands out in efficiency. In just 19 minutes, it can charge to 100%, thanks to this powerful combination.
