The Mobile Global Partner Conference unveiled the OPPO A2x, showcasing three different colors on the model’s official Weibo account. Hailed as “the choice of a $135 mobile phone with good looks and quality,” OPPO A2x will be available for purchase on October 14.
Regarding its design, the OPPO A2x features a “trendy” right-angle body design and incorporates matte technology in the middle frame. It boasts a tough and stylish appearance, providing a comfortable grip and preventing accidental slips. The device offers three color options: “Flying Frost Purple,” “Muguang Gold,” and “Starry Night Black.”
The “Flying Frost Purple” color scheme showcases a snowflake-style texture, creating a layered effect under the light. Meanwhile, the “Muguang Gold” color scheme emphasizes a dazzling back with the brightness reminiscent of sunlight. Finally, the classic and durable “Starry Night Black” color scheme features glossy contrasting color designs that complement the image module.
In terms of specifications, the OPPO A2x features a 6.56-inch LCD display with a resolution of 1612 x 720 pixels, a 90Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 720 nits. Its rear camera includes a 13-megapixel main camera, a 2-megapixel portrait lens, and a 5-megapixel front camera. The battery boasts a capacity of 4890mAh (typical 5000mAh) and supports 10W charging.
In the realm of memory specifications, the OPPO A2x provides two options: 6GB+128GB, and 8GB+256GB. The RAM specification is LPDDR4, and the ROM specification is UFS 2.2. The 6GB+128GB version is priced at 1,099 yuan (about $150), and the 8GB+256GB version is priced at 1,399 yuan (about $191).
