Acer has introduced the Shadow Knight N7000 SSD, now available at major e-commerce stores. It boasts a maximum optional capacity of 2TB and a compelling price point of only 599 yuan(about $82). Moreover, a 4TB version is on the horizon for future release.
In terms of specifications, this SSD employs the new generation NVMe 2.0 high-speed protocol and offers support for PCIe 4.0 x4. It functions as a buffer-free solution and leverages intelligent caching technology to significantly enhance read and write performance. As a result, it achieves remarkable speeds of up to 7200MB/s for sequential reads, and 6200MB/s for sequential writes, with 4K random read speeds reaching 1000K and 4K random write speeds peaking at 850K.
The Acer Shadow Knight N7000 has successfully undergone a battery of rigorous tests, including a grueling 300-hour high-temperature continuous read and write test, 3,000 abnormal power outage tests, and 6,000 sleep and wake-up tests, thus ensuring its exceptional stability.
While specific particle specifications are not provided, the official promotional page assures a single-chip interface speed as high as 2400MT/s and a lifespan of up to 2000TBW. Additionally, it offers robust support with a five-year warranty and replacement services.
Notably, it comes equipped with two management systems, Thermal Throttle, and Power Management, capable of dynamically adjusting the SSD’s operating temperature and power consumption.
