Samsung showcased its latest flagship display, the ViewFinity S9 (S90PC model), during the renowned 2023 International Consumer Electronics Show (CES). This cutting-edge 27-inch 5K monitor is set to hit the United States market in August, with a recommended retail price of $1,599.
The ViewFinity S9 boasts a 27-inch IPS panel, offering an impressive resolution of 5,120 x 2,880 and a 60Hz refresh rate. With a peak brightness of 600 cd/㎡, a contrast ratio of 1000:1, a swift 5-millisecond response time (GTG), and a remarkable color coverage rate of 99% of the DCI-P3 color gamut, this monitor guarantees a visually captivating experience. Moreover, it has been certified by TÜV for eye protection, ensuring users enjoy comfortable viewing sessions.
The Samsung ViewFinity S9 display has Thunderbolt 4, mini DP, and three USB-C ports for connectivity. The monitor’s stand rotates and is compatible with 100×100 VESA wall mounts. It also has an integrated 4K webcam with an automatic viewfinder and Adaptive Sound+ speakers for video calls and audio playback.
