Honor unveiled two new products that will join the Chinese company’s equipment line this week: the MagicPad 13 tablet and the Magic Watch 4 smartwatch. Award presented these two devices during an event in China.
The MagicPad 13 runs on MagicOS 7.2. Featuring a 13-inch IPS LCD screen with a resolution of 2880x1840px, the tablet provides a variable refresh rate ranging from 30Hz to 144Hz. Honor ensures that the screen, which supports HDR10 and boasts 1.07 billion colors, accurately reproduces colors and reaches a maximum brightness of 700 nits.
It has eight speakers and four microphones, and the MagicPad 13 delivers an immersive 3D audio experience without needing headphones. Additionally, it comes with the Magic Pencil 3 stylus, specially designed for the tablet, offering 4,096 levels of pressure sensitivity and an incredibly low latency of just 2ms.
In terms of specifications, the tablet is powered by a Snapdragon 888 chip and offers 8GB, 12GB, or 16GB of RAM. The device also supports HDR video editing directly on the tablet. As for the cameras, the MagicPad 13 features a 13MP autofocus unit on the back and a 9MP fixed-focus selfie camera on the front.
Pre-orders for the Honor MagicPad 13 are now open, and the tablet will be available for purchase starting on July 20th.
