itel, a subsidiary of Transsion, recently introduced two new smartphones in the Indian market, namely the itel P40+ and A60S.
itel P40+ Features
The itel P40+ has an impressive MediaTek Helio G35 processor, with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Users also have the option to expand the storage up to 256GB using a microSD card. The device boasts a large 6.82-inch IPS LCD with HD+ resolution and supports a smooth 90Hz refresh rate. It features an 8MP front-facing camera for stunning selfies and a rear camera setup consisting of a 13MP primary lens and a 2.1MP lens, accompanied by dual flash for enhanced photography.
Additionally, the itel P40+ offers a unique Memory Fusion feature, enabling users to expand the device’s RAM to 8GB. The phone runs on the pre-installed Android 13 T operating system and offers convenient unlocking options such as side fingerprint recognition and Face ID. Powering the device is a massive 7000mAh battery, which supports 18W fast charging via the USB-C interface.
The itel P40+ is competitively priced at 8,099 rupees and will be available on Amazon India starting July 11. Consumers can choose from two appealing color options: force black and ice cyan.

itel A60S Features
As for the itel A60S, it serves as the successor to the popular itel A60 model. It is priced at INR 6,299 (approximately RMB 557). The device boasts a 6.1-inch HD+ display with a 720 x 1560 pixels resolution. It is equipped with a UNISOC SC9863A chip and offers two variants with either 2GB or 4GB of RAM and 64GB or 128GB of internal storage, expandable up to 128GB through a microSD card. The rear camera setup consists of an 8MP primary and 0.3MP lens. At the same time, the front features a 5MP lens for capturing selfies. The itel A60S includes a rear fingerprint sensor and a 5000mAh battery that supports 10W charging through microUSB. The device runs on the pre-installed Android 12 (Go edition) and is available in three attractive color options: Shadow Black, Moonlight Purple, and Glacier Green.
