On June 11th, Gizcoupon reported that Samsung will release a new foldable smartphone next month. The Galaxy Tab S9 series will also make its debut alongside the new foldable phone. Presently, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra has received certification from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in the United States, indicating that its official release is drawing closer.
Renowned leaker SnoopyTech shared a screenshot of the SAR evaluation report, confirming that the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra (model SM-X910) has obtained FCC certification. FCC certification is a prerequisite for all devices, confirming the existence of this tablet and suggesting it may have entered the final production stage.
As for the tablet itself, the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra will be the latest and most powerful Android tablet of Samsung. It boasts top-tier specifications, S Pen support, and premium craftsmanship. Gizcoupon observed that since the release of the Pixel Tablet, Google has also begun to pay attention to the performance of Android on tablets. Expect some software optimizations for the Samsung tablet as well.
In addition to the Galaxy Tab S9 series, the next generation of Galaxy foldable phones, the Galaxy Watch 6 smartwatch, and the Galaxy Buds 3 earphones will also be released. Previous leaks indicated that the Galaxy Unpacked event would likely take place on July 26th (Beijing time). Furthermore, Samsung has another event scheduled for August 11th (Beijing time) shortly after that.
