The company has stated that for every watch sold, a donation of $10 will be made to the non-profit environmental organization Coral Guardian. This contribution will support coral ecological projects in marine protected areas in Indonesia.
Inspired by a deep appreciation for the beauty of nature and the remarkable achievements of explorers who have ventured across the seven seas, the design of Huami Amazfit T-Rex 2 Ocean Blue Limited Edition embodies these elements. The strap and packaging have been developed using 100% eco-friendly materials that are biodegradable. Currently, the Amazfit T-Rex 2 Ocean Blue Limited Edition is only available in select regions. However, it is not yet listed on Chinese e-commerce platforms.
As previously reported by Gizcoupon, the Amazfit T-Rex 2 was officially launched last year. The T-Rex 2 is certified with military-grade standards. It boasts features such as operating in temperatures as low as -30°C and water resistance up to 100 meters. Furthermore, it offers over 150 different sports modes.
The Amazfit T-Rex 2 is equipped with a 1.39-inch AMOLED colorful display. Its watch body and bezel are crafted using a scratch-resistant metal coating technique. The side of the watch features a new anti-mud bridge design. The watch also features four stainless steel metal buttons with sandblasted and etched finishes. The strap incorporates an antibacterial silicone material. With a 500mAh battery, this watch provides a battery life of up to 24 days. It supports the five major global satellite positioning systems: Beidou, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and QZSS. Additionally, it introduces the L5 frequency band, which reduces ionospheric and multipath errors, thereby improving the positioning accuracy of the watch in various environmental conditions.
