On June 6th, Gizcoupon reported that the official Xiaomi India Twitter account released a warm-up tweet for a new product. The Xiaomi Pad 6 will be launched in India on June 13th, Beijing time.
The series of tablets was previously launched in China on April 18th, Beijing time. In terms of hardware, Xiaomi Pad 6 is equipped with the Snapdragon 870 chipset, while the Pro version features the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. The rear of the series of tablets adopts a square camera module with a dual-camera setup. Additionally, it will come with a stylus pen and a keyboard.
In terms of the display, the series of tablets feature a 2.8K screen. It has a pixel density of 309PPI, supports 1.07 billion colors, a P3 color gamut, and dual eye protection certifications. Other than that, the screen supports a refresh rate of 120/144Hz as well as HDR10+ and Dolby Vision. Furthermore, the screen of this tablet has undergone color calibration based on the CIE 2015 curve, resulting in reduced color deviation. This tablet also supports 67W fast charging, a large battery, a physical fingerprint scanner, and many more. Unfortunately, there shouldn’t be 5G network support.
