On June 3rd, Gizcoupon reported that vivo had announced the release of the first smartphone in the V29 series, the vivo V29 Lite 5G. It launched first in the Czech Republic and comes in two colors: Deep Black and Summer Gold. The 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage edition is priced at 8,499 Czech Crowns (approximately $387). Additionally, it offers a two-year warranty.
This smartphone boasts a 6.78-inch AMOLED display. It features a Full HD+ resolution, curved edges, and a 120Hz refresh rate. It also supports eye protection with a 2160Hz PWM, up to 1300 nits of brightness, and a DCI-P3 color gamut. Additionally, it utilizes an in-display fingerprint recognition system.
Under the hood, it is powered by the Snapdragon 695 chipset. It comes with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Moreover, it comes pre-installed with Funtouch OS 13, based on Android 13.
