On May 25th, Gizcoupon reported that after its debut in China a month ago, the Xiaomi Pad 6 has now been launched in the European region, marking the beginning of its global journey.
It is equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 chipset. Additionally, it features an 11-inch LCD screen with an 1800 x 2880 pixels resolution. Notably, it boasts a 144Hz refresh rate, a peak brightness of 550 nits, and an 86% screen-to-body ratio. Adorned with Corning Gorilla Glass 3, it is encased in an aluminum frame. The device has a 13MP rear main camera and an 8MP front-facing camera for selfies. It is also preloaded with MIUI 14, which is based on Android 13.
This Pad offers two storage options: 6GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB. It houses an 8840mAh battery and supports 33W wired charging (according to Gizcoupon’s note: the official claim is 99 minutes for a full charge). In addition, it supports PD 3.0 and QC4. With a weight of 490 grams and dimensions of 254mm x 165.2mm x 6.5mm, it also features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
The Xiaomi Pad 6 does not come with a cellular SIM module. It supports a magnetic stylus and is available in three color options: black, mist blue, and champagne. Besides Spain, countries such as Turkey, Russia, and Indonesia will also receive this device. The pricing and exact availability dates have not been announced yet.
