Xiaomi Pad 6 series features a new deep sleep mode, which can intelligently determine the device’s status. Xiaomi stated that due to different usage habits, the Xiaomi Pad 6 series takes inspiration from PC power strategies and introduces the deep sleep mode. This significantly extends the battery life of the tablet product. By using multiple sensors to monitor and AI intelligent learning of users’ usage habits, the system can automatically sense the device status and systematically control power consumption. The Absolute Motion Detect (AMD) system can accurately identify the current usage state of the tablet. In conjunction with geofencing and other scene-awareness technologies, the system can determine when the user will not be using the device and will automatically shut down most of the hardware functions, such as Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, as well as clear some background applications, to reduce standby power consumption further and improve battery life.
