On May 2nd, Gizcoupon reported that Huawei has recently launched the Huawei Nova 11i in the South African market, priced at an expected $320 (approximately RMB 2218 at the current exchange rate). Additionally, it comes in two color options, Starry Black and Mint Green.
The Huawei Nova 11i features a 6.8-inch LCD display with a resolution of 2388×1080, supporting a 90Hz refresh rate and a 270Hz touch sampling rate. It is equipped with a Snapdragon 680 processor and comes with 8GB+128GB of memory. The phone supports micro SD card expansion and runs on EMUI 13 operating system. Moreover, it is powered by a 5000mAh battery that supports 40W fast charging.
As per Huawei’s previous statement, the new EMUI system is developed based on HarmonyOS and comes with new features. It includes an icon swipe gesture (similar to HarmonyOS service cards), large folders, widget stacking, super terminal, super storage, and cross-screen sharing.
The Snapdragon 680 4G is built with a 6nm process technology. Additionally, it aims to provide an excellent all-day mobile experience. It includes an optimized gaming experience and a three-ISP that supports AI-enhanced low-light photography technology. It is a dedicated SoC for the 4G market and LTE network.
In terms of cameras, the phone features a 16-megapixel front-facing camera while a dual-camera module design on the back. Furthermore, the rear cameras include a 48-megapixel main camera and a 2-megapixel depth sensor.
