Gone are those days when Huami’s Amazfit brand was considered a Xiaomi smartwatch brand. Now, this company operates independently and is still capable of releasing new flagship wearables that can make competition with the top brands. We know that the manufacturer will soon launch the Amazfit Falcon, aka Amazfit Vienna smartwatch. Today, GSMArena exclusively showed a couple of promo videos that reveal the selling points of the forthcoming smartwatch.

The Amazfit Falcon will become another premium rugged smartwatch after the much-beloved Amazfit T-Rex 2.

Amazfit Falcon videos and specs

In the video above, you can see the package unboxing, therefore, have a first look at the watch and get acquainted with the box content. Plus, you can quickly look at Zepp OS on the watch and a side profile shot before the video ends.

However, we recommend you be more attentive to the second video, which shows the key health tracking features. We liked Zepp Coach-guided workouts. Plus, the new feature allows for connecting external health devices such as a heart rate belt. There are tons of training templates and the ability to sync to third-party services like Strava and Adidas Running.

The Amazfit Falcon will offer more than 150 sports modes. Thus, it will be ideal for those who like and do sports. Plus, the watch supports dual-band GPS connectivity with real-time navigation and route import features. So you won’t need a smartwatch to track your route.

Moreover, you can store tons of music due to the support for 4GB memory. It supports Bluetooth connectivity. So you can easily pair it with your headphones and do sports with the music you like more. Of course, the watch also comes with many health tracking functions, such as 24/7 heart rate, SpO2, and stress monitoring. The company promises up to 14 days of battery life on a single charge. It has a 500mAh capacity.

Before this, we had heard that the Amazfit Falcon would feature a 1.28-inch AMOLED display with 416x416px resolution and 1000 nit peak brightness. We said that this is a rugged smartwatch. It is. The watch comes with a 20ATM waterproof rating. Simply put, it’s ideal for swimmers as it can withstand water pressure.

The watch ought to come on October 13.
