The OnePlus Ace 3 was unveiled in January this year, and now a more comprehensive Pro model is also in the pipeline.
According to bloggers, leaks suggest that the OnePlus Ace 3 Pro smartphone will feature a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor with 16GB RAM and 1TB storage, along with a 1.5K curved screen, metal frame, and a new coating technology for the glass body, giving it a premium feel. The family-style design has undergone a revamp. Despite this, uncertainties linger in the imaging department. The confirmation of a 2X telephoto lens remains pending, while the 50MP main camera remains unchanged. Moreover, reports suggest a substantial battery.
For reference, the OnePlus Ace 3 comes with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip, LPDDR5X RAM, and UFS 4.0 storage.
Comparing the specifications, the OnePlus Ace 3 sports a 6.78-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2780×1264. It boasts a manual peak brightness of 800nit, a global peak brightness of 1600nit, and a local peak brightness of 4500nit. The device houses a 5500mAh battery and supports the new generation of 100W fast charging, capable of fully charging the device in just 27 minutes.
The OnePlus Ace 3 features a 16MP Samsung S5K3P9 sensor for selfies, while the rear camera setup includes a 50MP main camera (Sony IMX890, OIS, 1/1.56″), an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens (Sony IMX355), and a 2MP macro lens (OmniVision OV02B).
