Several Weibo bloggers have shared promotional posters of Huawei’s new product, FreeBuds Lipstick 2. However, the poster does not provide detailed information about the product’s specifications; it merely carries the slogan “Aesthetic Pioneer, Born for Pleasure.”
Yesterday, the blogger @看山的叔叔 revealed that Huawei would launch the FreeBuds Lipstick 2 before the P70 series phones. The expected release date is April 10, with the first sale slated for April 18. He described it as a “re-skinned product of FreeBuds 5.”
Huawei released the original FreeBuds Lipstick domestically on November 17, 2021. These earphones were essentially a re-skinned version of FreeBuds 4. Sporting a lipstick design, the earphone case resembled lipstick in gold and black, with a split-opening design, while the earphones themselves were deep red. The anticipated FreeBuds Lipstick 2 will feature a fold-open design for the earphone case. This marks a departure from the appearance style of its predecessors.
Huawei also announced that it would hold the Huawei HarmonyOS Spring Ecological Communication Conference on April 11 at 14:30. Rumors are suggesting that they will unveil automotive and PC-related products, while the anticipation mounts regarding whether the highly awaited Huawei P70 and the Intelligent World will be announced during the event.
