Redmi will launch Redmi Turbo 3 on April 10, targeting the mid-range market. It is equipped with the third-generation Snapdragon 8s chip and has already been listed on JD.com for pre-order.
In a recent post on Weibo, Wang Teng, the general manager of the Redmi brand, stated, “The Snapdragon 8 series is Qualcomm’s flagship processor series, representing the top performance of the Android platform.”
He added, “This series of processors are high-end and come with a hefty price tag. According to our competitors’ calculations, we have invested nearly a billion yuan in this. The chip constitutes the highest cost of the entire device, and even the starting price of the Snapdragon 8 series last year was above 2300 Yuan. Therefore, we cannot price the Turbo 3 phone below 2000 Yuan.”
The Redmi Turbo 3 adopts a bezel-less design with no plastic frame, with a slightly wider chin compared to the left and right borders, achieving a screen-to-body ratio close to that of the Redmi K70E phone.
Furthermore, the Redmi Turbo 3 features the WildBoost Optimization 3.0 and the Frost Cooling System. These components ensure a consistent gaming experience with no reduction in image quality, brightness, or frame rate.
As we know, WildBoost Optimization 3.0 includes five modules: environmental perception, image quality engine, dynamic display, global acceleration, and performance scheduling, providing a comprehensive experience improvement for the game.
