Xiaomi today announced that its upcoming new smartphone, the Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro, will feature the authentic Leica imaging system, a technology inherited from the Xiaomi 14 Pro, signaling another breakthrough for Xiaomi in the field of mobile imaging.
Moreover, the Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro boasts a luxurious imaging setup. It utilizes Leica’s Summilux lens that captures the aperture of f/1.63, capable of capturing clear and vibrant photos even in low-light conditions. The device also features the Light Hunter 800 lens, which makes its debut on the K70 Pro. This sensor boasts a size of 1/1.55″ and 2.0μm fusion large pixels. It offers a high dynamic range of up to 13.2EV, capturing richer light and shadow details.
In terms of appearance, the Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro’s design has garnered considerable attention. It features a full-curved micro-curve screen design paired with Corning Gorilla Glass, not only resistant to wear and dirt but also easier to clean and more resistant to aging. Furthermore, it adopts a symmetrical form factor and a metal mid-frame design, weighing only 179.3 grams with a 7.45mm slimness, making it lightweight and portable.
Regarding color options, besides the minimal black, the Civi 4 Pro introduces three new colors: Spring Green, Soft Mist Pink, and Blue. Among them, the Spring Green variant employs a new “Colorful Light” technique, presenting a natural flowing water pattern through manual color adjustment and unique solidification technology, ensuring each phone is classic.
According to ITBEAR tech news, pre-orders for the Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro have already begun, and it will be officially released on March 21st at 14:00.
