The “Diamond Purple” version of the Vivo S18 is now available for pre-order, starting at 2099 Yuan ($290).
In terms of design, the new phone features lychee-patterned matte leather coupled with a three-dimensional diamond grid leather. Additionally, it incorporates a nano-level anti-fouling and wear-resistant coating. A simple wipe is all it takes to eliminate any material residue.
The vivo S18 seamlessly integrates optical and computational photography. It houses the same ultra-sensitive imaging system as the X series, portrait algorithms, and a studio-grade soft light ring. Equipped with a 50-megapixel main camera, it introduces the industry-first VCS human eye biomimicry technology, capable of enhancing image purity by up to 25%.
The lens module adopts the design of “water-gloss cloud windows,” featuring two identical circular-angled windows arranged vertically. The upper section accommodates two lenses, while the lower part boasts an upgraded studio-grade soft light ring with color temperature adjustment capabilities.
In terms of core specifications, the vivo S18 boasts a 1.5K display with a peak brightness of 2800 nits. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 mobile platform, and for selfies, it features a front-facing 50-megapixel camera.
The device houses a massive 5000mAh battery within its 7.45mm-thick body. Supporting 80W flash charging, it can reach a full charge in approximately 35 minutes from 0%.
