Xiaomi officials previously declared a global press conference on February 25 to unveil the Xiaomi 14 series. Techmaniacs reports that the European pricing of the Xiaomi 14 has been revealed. The 12GB+512GB version kicks off at 1,099 euros. This price aligns closely with the iPhone 15 Plus (which starts at 1,099 euros).
This is a new memory combination. Because Xiaomi is offering 16GB RAM in the 512GB and 1TB models in the Chinese market. The new report also confirms previous rumors that the Xiaomi 14 Pro will not be available in markets outside of China, but a Xiaomi 14 Ultra version is expected.
In contrast, the Xiaomi 14 comes at a much lower cost in China. Despite the absence of a 12GB+512GB version, the 12GB+256GB is only 4,299 yuan (about $599) at launch, and the 16+512GB is just 4,599 yuan (about $639).
Xiaomi 14 dominates the small-size direct-screen market with almost no competitors. It excels in image and screen quality, surpassing even Samsung’s flagship S series at this size. Its performance in the domestic market is outstanding.
Official sales data reveals that the Xiaomi 14 series sold out within 5 minutes of its release. The initial sales volume reached 6 times that of the entire first sales volume of the Xiaomi 13 series, with over 1 million units sold in the first sales cycle.
