Lenovo is gearing up to host a new product launch conference for the Legion and consumer ecology on January 17. Additionally, today Lenovo officially warmed up its new LegionĀ Y9000X. This gaming laptop, marketed as a “good-looking gaming laptop,” features an Ice White color. It incorporates AED anode electrophoresis technology and a CNC-carved middle frame.
Moreover, the new Lenovo Legion Y9000X has a 3.2K professional gaming screen with a 16:10 aspect ratio. It supports a 100% P3 wide color gamut, a 165Hz refresh rate, Dolby Vision, and 430nit brightness. It also includes X-Rite color management and 10-bit color depth. Furthermore, the laptop comes equipped with an original RGB keyboard, a fingerprint unlocking function, and a powerful 99.9Wh battery.
Performance-wise, Lenovo has outfitted the new Legion Y9000X with a Core i9-14900HX processor and an RTX4070 graphics card. The CPU features 24 cores and 32 threads, with a theoretical single-core turbo frequency reaching up to 5.8GHz. Meanwhile, the GPU is packed with 8GB GDDR6 large video memory. For storage, it supports up to 32GB of high-speed memory and includes a standard 1TB TLC solid-state drive. The laptop also adopts the Qiankun heat dissipation architecture.
In terms of connectivity, the new Legion Y9000X comes with a variety of ports. These include an SD card slot, USB-C, USB 3.2 Gen 2, Thunderbolt 4, HDMI2.1, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
