The Xiaomi Redmi G Pro 2024 gaming laptop has recently surfaced on Geekbench. Interestingly, it has a configuration that includes the i5-14500HX and RTX 4060, with an anticipated launch shortly.
Design
As for its design, the machine sports an all-metal body, adding to its sturdiness and durability. Impressively lightweight, it tips the scales at just about 1.63kg and maintains a slim profile with a thickness of approximately 15.9mm. Available in star gray, it also allows for a free range of opening and closing angles, up to 180 degrees.
Back in 2022, Xiaomi introduced the Redmi G Pro gaming laptop. It has the 12th Gen Intel Core H series processors and RTX 30 series graphics cards, featuring a 16-inch 2560×1600 LCD screen. In a significant upgrade, the Xiaomi Redmi G Pro 2024 gaming laptop not only enhances its specifications but also likely introduces a completely new chassis design.
This Xiaomi Redmi G Pro 2024 has a screen resolution of up to 1920×1200 and covers 100% of the sRGB color gamut. It also features a narrow bezel design and flicker-free backlight technology, safeguarding users’ eye health. Furthermore, it incorporates Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos technology, enhancing the audio clarity and naturalness. Equipped with four built-in microphones and dual speakers, it adeptly meets users’ audio requirements. It comes pre-installed with the Windows 11 Home Chinese version and supports Xiaomi Pascal Zhilian, offering enhanced hardware synergy.
The Xiaomi Redmi G Pro 2024 will showcase Intel’s i5-14500HX processor in its specifications, scheduled to debut next week. Furthermore, it maintains the RTX 4060 as its graphics card. Delving into the details, the i5-14500HX processor consists of 6 large cores and 8 small cores, with a turbo frequency of 4.9GHz, which is a 0.2GHz increase over its predecessor, the i5-13500HX.
