The support list for Microsoft’s Windows 11 system unveils the upcoming lineup of Intel Core Ultra processors. According to reports, this processor family encompasses a total of 11 models belonging to the inaugural generation of both the Ultra U series and Ultra H series.
Among these, the flagship model is the Ultra 9 185H, which has a fundamental power consumption of 45W. Conversely, other H series models exhibit a basic power consumption of 28W. Concerning the U series, it is anticipated to operate on a 15W power consumption basis. The peak configuration for the H series entails 6P+8E+2LPE core specifications, with the core display potentially reaching up to 8Xe. On the other hand, the U series will likely achieve its maximum configuration with core specifications of 2P+8E+2LPE, although the exact core display configuration remains unclear.
Moreover, the support list from Microsoft also discloses processor models such as Intel Core 3 100U, Core 5 120U, and Core 7 150U. The 13th generation Core U series is positioning these processors to become the flagship models. Moreover, the 13th generation Core HX series is expecting the emergence of flagship models at the gaming laptop level, featuring processors ranging from i5-14450HX to i9-14900HX. Notably, the desktop processor i5-14490F is currently exclusively available in the Chinese market.
Reports indicate that Intel will globally release the Core Ultra mobile processor on the evening of December 14th.
