Xiaomi Mall has released the Xiaomi Redmi 12R for purchase, offering a single configuration of 4GB+128GB for 999 yuan (about $139). Shared images depict the actual device purchase, although awareness of this product is currently limited. Previously, it was accessible offline and through third-party retailers, while Xiaomi Mall provided official pricing (approximately 600 yuan in third-party outlets).
Available in Smoke Green and Stone Black, the Redmi 12R boasts a sleek 8.17mm thickness and a weight of 199g. Its 6.79-inch LCD screen offers a resolution of 2460 × 1080 and a peak brightness of 550nit. Notable features include full DC dimming, a 90 Hz refresh rate, and a 240Hz touch screen sampling rate.
The second-generation Snapdragon 4 processor + LPDDR4X + UFS2.2 powers the Redmi 12R, enabling it to achieve a maximum frequency of 2.2GHz. It has a 5000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support (standard 10W charger) and comes pre-loaded with MIUI 14.
