Today, Xiaomi’s official announcement reveals that the Xiaomi HyperOS development versions OS1.0.23.11.8.DEV and OS1.0.23.11.13.DEV will receive consecutive updates. These updates will encompass models such as the Xiaomi 14 series, Xiaomi 13/Pro/Ultra series, and Redmi K60 series. Due to the substantial user base for the development versions of the mentioned models, Xiaomi is gradually rolling out updates. Xiaomi urges users who have not yet received the update to exercise patience.
Furthermore, Xiaomi confirms that the Xiaomi HyperOS development version for Xiaomi MIX Fold3 and Xiaomi MIX Fold2 will adhere to the original plan, with an anticipated release in mid-to-late November. Xiaomi reports smooth progress in the development of these two models and assures users of timely updates. In an additional announcement, Xiaomi specifies the launch timeline for the official version of HyperOS. Models will receive the official version in December of this year, and the global release of the official version is scheduled for the first quarter of 2024.
Lei Jun, in a previous statement, clarified that Xiaomi named its operating system “Xiaomi HyperOS” with the intention that it flows freely, and harnesses collective power. It connects to the expansive smart world simultaneously. The impending arrival of Xiaomi Hyper OS is expected to offer users of Xiaomi phones a more intuitive operating experience. Xiaomi aims to bring forth increased possibilities for ecosystem innovation and customization to users, leveraging Xiaomi HyperOS.
