Intel has released six K/KF series models in its 14th generation Core, but the legendary top flagship i9-14900KS has never made an appearance. On the product page of an Israeli e-commerce company, a desktop computer equipped with Intel i9-14900KS suddenly appeared. It was confirmed that its acceleration frequency can reach up to 6.2GHz, consistent with previous rumors.
Furthermore, its basic power consumption will increase from 125W to 150W. While the maximum core frequency power consumption is unknown, it is expected to exceed 253W, which is understandable. However, the supposedly top-notch machine has only 16GB DDR4 memory, which is a peculiar choice. Unprecedented at 6.2GHz, the real i9-14900KS has made its debut.
The 13th-generation limited edition i9-13900KS was the first to accelerate the frequency of consumer-grade processors to 6GHz. Following suit, the 14th-generation i9-14900K became the first regular version product with a 6GHz frequency. Naturally, the i9-14900KS is its specially selected version.
