Today, Onyx released the BOOX Note X3 electronic paper book, starting at 2,599 yuan (about $356). The Onyx BOOX Note X3 has a 10.3-inch display with 227 PPI. Furthermore, it reduces the thickness of the new light guide plate by 40%, enhancing front light uniformity by 12%. The distance between the text display and the eyes is closer, there is no sense of isolation between the words and the screen, and the text seems to be alive and jumping on the paper.
Regarding note-taking capabilities, the electronic paper book’s app offers a range of brush options, enabling various writing effects like brush strokes, penmanship, pencil sketches, ballpoint pens, and markers.
Moreover, the BOOX Note X3 runs on the Android 12 open system and supports an AI reading assistant, AI handwriting recognition, and a split-screen mode. The versatile note application allows users to insert text, audio, images, links, and more to create vibrant notes.
In terms of performance, the BOOX Note X3 has been upgraded with a new Qualcomm 8-core 2.4GHz processor, increasing CPU performance by 25%. Moreover, it comes equipped with 4GB of RAM, 64GB of storage space, and supports TF card expansion. Stay tuned for more updates.
