Before its release, someone had leaked the detailed specifications, price, and other information of the new vivo Y200 machine. Now, Google PlayConsole has spotted the phone with model number V2307. According to Mobile Phone China, vivo has officially announced this new phone through its international account. The new phone will feature the Snapdragon 4 Gen1 mobile platform and will have a 120Hz high-refresh screen.
International media reports state that vivo has released a warm-up video on its X account and declared, “Get ready, spread your halo, it’s coming soon.” International media believes that the “halo” mentioned by the official should be related to the flash, suggesting that we will see smart halo lights in the rear camera module of this phone. Furthermore, international media mentioned this trailer video and the appearance on Google Play Console, suggesting that the new device may launch soon, possibly within this month.
As per previously leaked information, the vivo Y200 will utilize the Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen1 mobile platform and run the Funtouch 13 system based on Android 13. It will come equipped with 8GB of RAM, expandable to 8GB of virtual RAM, and 128GB of internal storage. In terms of the display, the new phone will employ a 6.67-inch 120Hz FHD+ AMOLED Ultra Vision display panel.
Regarding the camera setup, the vivo Y200 will sport a 64-megapixel OIS main camera and a 2-megapixel secondary camera. For selfies, it will feature a 16-megapixel front camera. In other aspects, the new phone will house a 4800 mAh battery, supporting 44W fast charging, with a body thickness of 7.69mm and a weight of 190g.
Concerning the price, international media speculates that the vivo Y200 may be priced at around 25,000 rupees (about $300).
