Blogger @wangzaibaishitong reports that Honor’s upcoming X50 GT mobile phone will be released in two versions, one for offline physical stores and the other for online e-commerce platforms. These variants will feature straight and curved screen designs, respectively. Notably, blogger @digitalchatstation had previously revealed that the Honor X50 facelift would adopt a design resembling the “X50 front + Mate X5 back.” According to the same blogger, Honor mobile phones are planning to expand their online market share vigorously in the second half of this year.
Blogger @wangzaibaishitong suggests that this new phone appears to be more akin to an upright Huawei Mate X3 folding screen phone. Furthermore, Honor’s upcoming releases, the X50 GT and Honor 100 GT, will concentrate on high-end design while integrating popular high-performance features. Both Snapdragon flagship chips will power both models, and they will boast high-quality direct screens while offering ample memory.
Reports indicate that the Honor X50, which made its debut in July this year, boasts several impressive features. A 6.78-inch curved screen with a 1.5K resolution equips it. It supports a 120Hz screen refresh rate. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor runs it.
Additionally, it features an 8-megapixel front-facing camera and a powerful 108-megapixel main camera, complemented by a 2-megapixel dual camera solution. To keep you powered throughout the day, it comes with a 5800mAh battery and supports 35W wired charging. Furthermore, we anticipate that the starting price for this Honor X50 version will stay under 1,500 yuan ($208).
