Currently, Xiaomi is testing the MIUI 15 special edition update, which is based on Android 14, for two high-end models: the Xiaomi 13 Ultra and the Redmi K60 Pro. Xiaomi has designated the initial stable version of MIUI 15 for the Xiaomi 13 Ultra as MIUI-V15.0.0.1.UMACNXM, and for the Redmi K60 Pro, it is identified as MIUI-V15.0.0.1.UMKCNXM.
According to reports, Xiaomi is planning to release this anticipated update either at the end of October or during the first week of November. We expect that the MIUI 15 special edition, based on Android 14, will introduce significant improvements across various aspects.
These enhancements encompass adjustments to the user interface, optimization of performance, bolstered security measures, and an expanded array of customization options. These updates will enhance the overall speed and fluidity of the device. It is worth noting that this specialized version of MIUI15 will exclusively be available for flagship devices.
Furthermore, Xiaomi is concurrently in the process of testing MIUI updates for users of the Xiaomi Pad 5 series. We anticipate that these updates will bring substantial functional improvements and interface enhancements. It is important to highlight that this new version, however, does not rely on the Android 14 operating system.
