Xiaomi intends to launch the Watch 2 Pro, a smartwatch that will feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 processor, a memory configuration of 2+32GB, and the MIUI system based on WearOS.
Transitioning to the watch’s specifications, it has a 1.43-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 466×466 and a pixel density of 326ppi. In addition, it has a 500mAh battery, ensuring an impressive 72-hour battery life. Moreover, this watch supports 4G networks, sports a stainless steel body with Gorilla Glass, and comes in silver and black color options.
Furthermore, you will have the option to choose between rubber and leather straps. Notably, the watch supports an impressive 150 sports modes, alongside ECG monitoring, heart rate tracking, body temperature monitoring, and sleep tracking. It holds a 5ATM waterproof rating. According to insider sources, the standout feature of the Xiaomi Watch 2 Pro is its new system and chip.
However, it’s worth noting that this chip doesn’t match the SoC everyone had been anticipating. We will have to await further details until its November launch. Previously, Xiaomi’s flagship smartwatch appeared in the IMEI database with the model number “M2233W1” and the name listed as Watch 2 Pro. Additionally, this watch has received EEP and TUV PLS certification, along with Korean NRRA certification.
