Xiaomi voice recognition algorithm has made significant progress in the audio tagging task, achieving top performance on the international stage. This achievement was based on using audio data from the public dataset AudioSet-2M as the training set for the audio labeling model, surpassing a 50 mAP score for the first time.
Google divided the AudioSet dataset into three subsets, with the first two subsets combined into “AudioSet-2M.” Xiaomi’s voice recognition algorithm model broke the 50 mAP barrier in this consolidated training set, setting a new industry standard in audio tagging metrics. Additionally, Xiaomi has introduced a Mini version model designed for resource-constrained scenarios, with a parameter count reduced to approximately one-ninth of the original model’s size, outperforming competitors.
This technological breakthrough enhances Xiaomi Voice Recognition algorithm capabilities, enabling Xiaomi smart hardware devices to capture and identify environmental sounds with greater sensitivity. This enhances the intelligence of the hardware, leading to improved user experiences and a more convenient smart lifestyle.
Xiaomi Voice Recognition upgrade algorithm has practical value and can be integrated into Xiaomi’s smart devices, enhancing users’ smart living experiences. The audio tagging algorithm excels at identifying various environmental sounds, such as infants crying, animal noises, car engines, explosions, smoke alarms, doorbells, and running water sounds, and translates them into text or other modal expressions.
Furthermore, this algorithm technology is useful in the research and development of Xiaomi’s robots, enhancing their perception capabilities. The humanoid robot CyberOne can recognize 85 varieties of environmental sounds and distinguish six categories and 45 types of human emotions through auditory cues. Xiaomi’s second-generation bionic quadruped robot, CyberDog 2, can recognize 38 types of environmental sounds, enabling more robust dynamic response capabilities.
